Bubble Building 3GATTI The appropriately named Bubble Building is a plan to retrofit a Shanghai building with pillows, basically. The proposal, from architecture firm 3GATTI, calls for spicing up the building by adding giant white nylon sheets over the windows. Not clear how that's going to affect the view, but there's at least one environmental bonus: the nylon could insulate the building, keeping it cool or warm with minimal help from the AC.
